Frequently Asked Questions
❓ Frequently Asked Questions
Here are some of the most common questions about using Figment Trade.
🧭 General
“Is Figment Trade free to use?”
Figment Trade offers 1000 Free Credits when you deploy your first agent for 10 USDC. You will never have to pay the deployment fee again, only if you want to deploy another agent. Otherwise you can just re-up your credits. Explore the platform, create agents, and test strategies at minimal cost.
We’ll always be transparent about pricing before any changes take effect!
“Do I need to know how to code?”
Nope. Figment is fully no-code. You can build AI trading agents just by typing what you want in plain language.
“Can I use Figment on mobile?”
Yes! Figment Trade works on mobile browsers like Safari or Chrome, just visit figment.trade directly like you would on desktop.
You can also log in through your wallet browser (e.g., Phantom, or other mobile Web3 wallets with built-in dApp browsers). Just paste the URL into the wallet's browser to get started.
🔍 Tip: For the best experience (especially when managing multiple agents or doing manual trades), we still recommend using a desktop or laptop when possible.
“What happens if I lose access to my wallet?”
Figment does not store your keys. If you lose access to your wallet, we can’t recover your account— always keep your wallet backup and private keys safe.
⚙️ AI Agents
“How do I create an agent?”
Just go to Agents > Create Agent, give it a personality, write a strategy (or use AI), fund it, and deploy!
“Can I create more than one agent?”
Yes! You can create and manage multiple agents, each with their own name, trading strategy, and wallet.
“Can I edit my agent later?”
Yes, everything is adjustable at anytime from your agents terminal.
“Do agents trade automatically?”
Yes, if you’ve configured a strategy and funded them. You can pause or monitor them at any time.
“Can I talk to my agent?”
Yep! Each agent has a Chat panel where you can use prompts or ask direct questions like: - “What trades are you making?” - "Why did you short this coin?” - “What’s your performance this week?”
💸 Trading & Wallets
“What’s the difference between Main Wallet and Figment Agent Wallet?”
Main Wallet: Where you deposit SOL/USDC first.
Figment Agent Wallet: Sub account of your main wallet that the agent actually uses for trading.
You’ll need to deposit to the Main wallet, then transfer into Figment.
“How do I withdraw funds?”
Withdraw first from your Figment Agent Wallet, then from the Main Wallet to your own Web3 wallet.
“What does ‘Settle PnL’ mean?”
It converts your open profit/loss into real USDC. You’ll need to settle it before it’s withdrawable.
“What’s Reduce Only?”
A setting that makes sure your order will only reduce or close an existing position, not open a new one. It’s great for managing risk.
