Manual Configuration
Fine-tune the rules yourself using the configuration panel.
🔨 Manual Configuration
“Can I set the rules myself instead of using AI?” Yes! You can manually configure everything in the configuration panel.
In the Configuration panel on the left side, you can either adjust settings manually or build on top of the AI-generated setup.

Set your preferred:
Max leverage: How much risk you're letting it take. Be realistic. e.g. 3x (low risk), 10x (degen), 25x+ (go touch grass)

Trading pairs/tokens: What assets the agent can trade. e.g. BTC, ETH, SOL, or specific alts

Indicators used: Technical tools your agent will use to make decisions. e.g. RSI, EMA, VWAP, Bollinger Bands

Timeframes: What chart windows the agent should watch. e.g. 1m, 5m, 1h, 4h

Min/max trade size: Define your size boundaries so it doesn’t go full ape. e.g. Min: 50 USDC | Max: 500 USDC

Under Advanced Parameters (Optional), you can also control:
Max trades per day: Cap how often it trades daily. e.g. 10 (stay chill), or leave blank to let it go wild

Max open positions allowed at any time: Limit how many new positions it opens.

📝 Strategy Description
Once you finish describing your strategy in the Chat Configuration, Figment auto-generates a Strategy Description based on what you said. It acts as a summary of how your agent will trade based on your intent.
If needed, discard and rebuild it from scratch.
Once satisfied, click Deploy Agent.

A wallet signature window will appear. This is a security confirmation, sign the transaction in to verify you are the owner and approve deployment.

After the proxy wallet is generated successfully, make sure that you’ve saved your private keys somewhere safe!
You have now successfully created and deployed your agent!

⚠️ Important Notes
Your agent won’t trade until it has both a strategy and funds. Make sure both are set.
If you switch AI models after configuring a strategy, it may reset your setup.
Manual settings always override AI-generated suggestions. Double-check before deploying.
Advanced settings like trade limits help prevent overtrading which is useful for managing risk.
Once deployed, your agent will use these rules automatically; no need to trigger anything manually.
💡 Smart Tips
Start with low leverage and simple rules, you can always fine-tune later.
Check the strategy summary before clicking deploy. It’s a great way to catch any weird settings.
Treat your agent like a trainee: give it a clear plan, check in regularly, and adjust as it learns.
